Expo Layup

Here is my contribution to the incredible street art exhibition "Metamorphosis" organized by Dedienne Aerospace and the Layup exhibition at the Dedienne factory in Saint-Juery. The objective was to create two works: one on a 4m x 7m wooden panel canvas hung inside the factory, and a 5m x 4m piece still visible on the exterior walls of the factory, both with the theme of metamorphosis.
My indoor work depicts a disembodied woman with an enormous serpent, too large for the canvas, floating around her, gently embracing her. She holds it delicately in her hands, surrounded by golden vegetation. This duality may evoke the metamorphosis of feelings, shifting from anguish to gentleness, from threat to protection, from the wild to the intimate.

For my outdoor piece, I tried to depict an enigmatic figure staring at an equally strange, luminous black sphere. I wanted to evoke a feeling of transition and questioning: what does this sphere of energy represent, and above all, what does the figure see within it ?
